Description

View of Austin shows the Colorado River that runs through town, the Capitol in the distance and an arched bridge that spans the river. Artist Raymond Everett began working at the University of Texas in Austin in 1915. He taught drawing and painting in the architecture department. He was awarded a Master of Arts degree in architecture in 1931 from the University of Texas, where he taught until his death.
