3) Membership Discounts

If you are a Bullock Museum member, your membership discount will be automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. If your membership discount is not automatically applied, please enter the membership ID number on your museum member card or your registered email address in the "Membership Code" box at the end of checkout to receive your membership discount.

4) Shipping

The Bullock Museum Gift Shop provides a choice of shipping options for orders within the contiguous 48 States. The standard shipping rate is a flat rate based on the combined weight of the items in your cart in conjunction with carrier weight based shipping tables. Orders that qualify for flat rate shipping will ship either through USPS or FedEx at our discretion. Orders with the selected methods of FedEx Ground, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Next Day will only ship via FedEx.

Alaska, Hawaii and APO orders are shipped via USPS and are handled on a case by case basis due to various factors such as: weight, size and total cost of the items being shipped. 5) Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with an original packing slip. Refunds are issued in the form of original payment for the amount of the returned merchandise (not including shipping or service fees).

We are not able to offer returns in store for items purchased online. However, if you would like to exchange the item in person, please go to 1800 N. Congress Ave. between 10-5 Wednesday through Sunday. As we are unable to offer store credit, the exchange must be of equal or higher value than the item being exchanged.

For health and safety reasons, pierced earrings are not returnable or exchangeable. Purchased items that are later offered at a discount may not be returned and re-purchased at the lower price.

Damaged or defective CDs, DVDs, and other multimedia products can be exchanged for the identical item but cannot be returned for a refund. New unopened multimedia products in their original plastic wrap may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund with an original packing slip.

All Art of Texas custom print sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or we shipped the incorrect item; please contact us immediately at 888-678-5556. In the case of damage, it is important that all packaging be saved so FedEx can determine how the damage occurred.

7) Frequently Asked Questions

a. Cannot access account - If you are having trouble accessing your account try utilizing the "forgot password" feature. If you are still unable to recover your password, or do not receive a temporary password, please contact us at: [email protected], or by phone at: 888-678-5556.

b. Accidently entered incorrect shipping location - If you accidently entered the incorrect shipping location, please contact us immediately by phone at 888-678-5556 so we can correct the address before the item ships. Once you receive confirmation that the order has shipped we are unable to revise the address.

c. Cannot find coupon code box - The coupon code box will in the "Shopping Cart" page underneath the list of items in your cart. It is also accessible during the payments section of checkout in the bottom left of the screen.

d. Can I purchase an online gift certificate? We are working on the implementation of online gift certificates, however they are not currently ready at this time.

e. Can I place a tax exempt order online? We do not have the functionality to do tax exempt order online, however you can call 888-678-5556 and place an order over the phone. Please be aware that you will need to fax your tax exempt form to us at 512-475-2471, we will not complete the order until we receive it.

f. How do I split an order to ship to multiple addresses? During step 2 of the checkout process you are presented with the option to ship to multiple locations.

g. Can I place an international order? Yes, International orders are handled on a case by case basis and require you to call our toll free number at 1-(888)-678-5556, or email us at [email protected] to let us know you would like to place an international order and we will assist you.

h. I bought a gift for someone, will I be notified when they receive? Your shipping confirmation email will contain a FedEx tracking number that will allow you to check the progress of the gift so you can see when it's been delivered.

i. Why am I being charged for "oversized items"? Certain items are flagged as "oversized" and require special boxes with increased shipping rates. These items will be denoted with a special "oversized" tag.

j. Is it safe for me to use my credit card online? Yes, we use the industry standard SSL encryption to ensure secure data transmission. SSL establishes an encrypted link between your browser and our server, ensuring all data between the two is both private and secure.

k. I would like to sell my product online or in your stores, what do I do? If you are interested in having you products carried at one or more of our stores, please follow this link to our New Vendor Inquiries page and follow the instructions provided.

l. I saw an item in the store that I don't see online, how can I purchase said item? If you saw an item in-store that you do not see online, please give us a call and we can locate the item and complete the order over the phone. Please be aware that the location you are calling is our warehouse, so while they are extremely familiar with our products they will not be familiar with where the products were located in our store fronts i.e. the display up front, and window display.

m. Can I return or exchange an online purchase in person? You may exchange an online purchase in-store, however you may not return it for a refund in-store. Please see our return policy for more information.

n. What do I do if my merchandise was damaged in transit? Contact us with your name and order number so that we may begin to initiate a claim with FedEx.

o. Can you give me more information on some of your items? Absolutely! Please email us at [email protected] with the item number and what you would like to know and we will gladly provide you with the information you need.

p. Can I see more pictures of a particular item? Yes! Send us an email with the item number and name of the item you would like more photos of and we will send you more photos. If there is a particular part of the item, or specific image you would like let us know.
